Lab Single Side Four Station Vaccum Glove Box with RV12 Vacuum Pump

I. Acceptance criteria

Under the standard condition, i.e. 20-25℃ constant temperature, 65% relative humidity, 99.999% inert gas source, the empty chamber circulating water oxygen index are reached less than 1ppm.

II. The main technical indicators and configuration

1.Box

1.1 Dimensions: 4800mm (L) × 900mm (H) × 750mm (W) single-sided. 4 sections of 1200 single-sided glove box linked by flange.

1.2 Material: full stainless steel structure (Type 304), thickness 3mm.

1.3 Filter: pore size 0.3 micron

1.4 Butyl rubber glove: U.S. original import thickness 0.4mm, glove mouth 8 inches, hard aluminum alloy glove mouth (after anti-corrosion treatment, anodized aluminum), diameter 220mm.

1.5 Window: tilt design operating surface, removable 8mm safety tempered glass front window, wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, good light transmission, sealing ring using 3/8 inch thick OMEGA seal.

1.6 The use of a certain positive and negative pressure can be maintained (-10mbar-10mbar)

1.7 The box is equipped with anti-reflective lighting energy-saving lamps, soft light.

1.8 The box is equipped with display board 2 shelves

2.Transition compartment

2.1 Shape: cylindrical (304 stainless steel), connected with the glove box, with shaft lock type large transition compartment door, easy to operate.

2.2 Dimensions: 360mm diameter, 600mm long, piston door with reflective screen, transition chamber with sliding tray, polishing, the box set another small transition chamber, specifications: 150mm diameter, 300mm long, manual valve control pumping and gas replenishment.

2.3 Tray: stainless steel 260mm × 580mm, can be freely moved and extended (large over-compartment configuration)

2.4 The vacuum degree ≤ 1 bar (large and small right over-compartment are required to pump vacuum with display)

3.Control system

3.1 Mode: including self-diagnosis, power-off self-starting characteristics, with pressure control and self-adaptive function. Automatic control, cycle control, password protection, vacuum chamber control adopts LCD display. Unit control adopts Siemens PLC touch screen.

3.2 Pressure control: control the pressure of the box and transition chamber at a certain setting value.

a) User can set any working pressure range between +12.5 to -12.5 mbar, PLC will automatically regulate the chamber pressure within the set range. The default value of the working pressure range is -1 to +3 mbar.

b) When the box pressure is greater than 12 mbar, the PLC automatically opens a safety valve to relieve pressure to protect the gloves, equipment and materials inside the box.

c) Use the foot switch to fine-tune the box pressure.

3.3 Foot pedal: It can control the pressure of the glove box and facilitate the operation.

4. Circulation system (including purification and regeneration system)

4.1 Germany BASF, the United States UOP purification materials, Germany Bauder valve. Host system integrated modular design, fully automatic electronically controlled gas solenoid valve set, PLC control, circuit, circulation pump, purification live, display integrated into an independent purifier, constitute a compact, simple system.

4.2 Control: water, oxygen control in less than 1PPm

4.3 Adjustment device: Adjusted by PLC touch (heating, evacuation, purification, regeneration) the whole process except 2.5 hours ventilation without human monitoring.

4.4. Working gas: He.N2/ or Ar gas (gas circulation)

4.5 Circulating fan: 0-100m³ high-speed frequency conversion fan, microprocessor control, pressure-tested stainless steel device.

4.6 Purification column: single purification column, imported purification material German BASF oxygen removal material 5kg, the United States UOP high-efficiency water absorption material 5kg, very high life degree, to ensure that the user in the use of the product's purification ability long lasting. Water removal capacity 2㎏ oxygen absorption capacity 60L.

4.7 Purification valve: fully automatic electro-pneumatic valve.

4.8 Filter: High efficiency filter with 0.3 micron aperture filter that meets HEPA standard.

4.9 Regeneration: used for reuse of purification system to activate it; regeneration requires a mixture of helium/H2, nitrogen/H2 or argon/H2, of which H2 accounts for 10%. Regeneration gas into the first flowmeter and then into the purification column.

5. Display system

Germany SIEMENS, unit control adopts Siemens PLC touch screen. Bilingual Chinese and English can be switched.

6. Vacuum system

Add vacuum pump start/stop time control. The vacuum pump is British Edwards vacuum pump, model RV12, flow rate 12m3/h, ultimate vacuum 2x10-3 mbar. The vacuum can be pumped to the transition chamber separately, and can be controlled separately at any time. (Imported from abroad)

7. Automatic box cleaning

Automatic box cleaning function. Different nature of the gas environment replacement and misoperation into the water, oxygen fast box body automatic cleaning. Box automatic cleaning valve to the box body pipe integration at the use of KF25 containing steel wire solenoid tube firmly connected to the external interface KF25 pagoda joint.

III. The main technical indicators and configuration

3) Display: The output of the analyzer is connected to PLC, the detection value is displayed on the touch screen, and the alarm value can be set.

4) Control: The gas circulation system can be controlled according to the user's setting to realize the circulation drop.

2. Oxygen analyzer, (foreign imports) brand material: the United States AVCRAY (according to the customer use environment to decide)

4)Installation position: oxygen sensor is installed on the box, regardless of gas circulation or not, the oxygen sensor detects the atmosphere inside the box uninterruptedly and displays the oxygen content inside the glove box.

5)Sensor: electrochemical material battery, the advantages of which are accurate zero point, small drift, avoid other battery materials easily corroded; low replacement cost (only replace the oxygen cell).

6) Display: The output of the analyzer is connected to the PLC, and the detection value is displayed on the touch screen, and the alarm value can be set.

Control: Users can choose the automatic cycle function to maintain the oxygen content in the glove box within the user's specified range.

IV. Organic solvent adsorption system

In order to prevent the influence of organic solvent on the purification column, a solvent column is connected in series to the glove box system, the medium is mainly high quality and high efficiency activated carbon and activated alumina which prevents the formation of hydrofluoric acid. The organic solvent adsorption system is filled with 7KG, there is KF40 interface at the top and bottom of the column, which is convenient to change the material, and the user can change the material by himself. In order to prevent the formation of hydrofluoric acid, half of the solvent column tank is activated alumina.
