100L Production Scale All Direction Planetary Ball Mill for Wet and Dry Grinding
Based on the vertical planetary ball mill, the all-directional planetary ball mill adds the overturning function of the planetary transmission mechanism. While the planetary turntable, materials, and grinding balls inside the mill pot are performing planetary movements, they can also perform a 360° overturn within a fixed spatial range. This enables multi-dimensional and multi-directional movements of the grinding balls and materials inside the mill pot, enhancing the degree of disordered movement of the grinding balls and materials. The entire material is ground without dead angles inside the mill pot, making the ground material more uniform and solving the problems of some materials settling at the bottom and sticking to the pot.
I. Working Principle:
The OPBM series all-round planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball grinding jars on the same planetary rotating disc. When the disc rotates, the ball grinding jars perform planetary motion by simultaneously orbiting around the axis of the planetary disc and rotating around their own axes. They can also perform a 360° flip within a fixed space, enabling the grinding balls inside the jars to move in multiple dimensions and directions within the jar. The grinding balls inside the jar collide with each other at high speed during the grinding process, grinding and mixing the samples. This product can be used to grind and mix products with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground product can reach 0.1 micrometer (i.e., 1.0×10mm-4).

Program control |
Better integrated human-machine interface (7-inch touch screen configuration), the PLC program is set to two modes: program and free. In the program mode, 9-stage formula processes can be set. The total setting, forward rotation, reverse rotation, interval standby time can be set. The equipment can run alternately repeatedly and receive real-time alarms such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload protection. |

The ball material separation screen (with a discharge valve) is placed properly. The cylinder clamping device is fixed by opening the cylinder lock, then release the limit lock, turn 180° to position, make the discharge port of the ball mill jar face downward vertically, after the limit lock is positioned and fixed, open the discharge valve and start the vibration motor device to vibrate and discharge. |

III. Product Features
1. The equipment features a professional appearance design. The outer shell is made through high-precision laser cutting and CNC bending, presenting a grand and exquisite design, with a sophisticated and stable look.
2. The planetary disc and structural components are processed using CNC technology and undergo nitriding metal heat treatment. This ensures the durability of the rotating shaft components and prevents shaft breakage. The transmission gears use precision gears made of non-metallic and metallic combinations, lubricated with grease, and an automatic grease addition device can be optionally selected.
3. An induction light device is equipped: The working light is controlled by an infrared human sensor. The light turns on when someone approaches and turns off when they leave, which is both convenient and energy-efficient.
4. A thermometer is installed in the ball milling chamber to monitor the approximate temperature of the ball milling materials in real time, facilitating the maintenance of stable material properties.
5. An installation level gauge is provided to facilitate the adjustment of the equipment's level and ensure its stability.
6. The ball milling jar adopts a planetary motion, resulting in high efficiency and fine particle size.
7. The frequency converter has under-voltage and over-current protection, which can protect electrical components such as motors.
8. The push-pull style door is visually appealing and easy to operate. Safety locks and plug-in limit switches ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of the operator.
9. A sealing plate is added to the bottom of the ball milling chamber, and an exhaust port is designed on the side to prevent other materials from leaking and contaminating the customer's working environment.
10. The electrical control part is designed with an independent control box integrated into the equipment. The exhaust fan forces air circulation for cooling, and dust-proof cotton can be installed at the exhaust port to prevent dust and material dust from entering the control box and damaging the electrical components.

IV. Working Environment and Maintenance

2. The company provides voltage and gas source: three-phase 380V ± 10%, lubrication system intake pressure range 0.6 to 0.8 MPa.
3. Regularly check if the screws of the moving parts of the equipment are loose or misaligned.
4. Regularly inspect and maintain the power lines of the electrical control circuit of the equipment for any damage and check if the connection terminals are loose.
