1.Which procedure to secure your Quality?
Our company has own research & development and production base, the products have been calibrate by central laboratory professionals before before they leaves the factory, ensure the accuracy of test results and authority.

3.How about your company product after-sales service system?
Product after-sale guarantee period is 12 months,and we can provide lifetime repair guarantee.We have agents in some countries,they can provide door-to-door service.If there is no agent,our professional pre-sales and after-sales department can reply you within 24 hours for any technical problems.

4.Products standards?
Our instruments adopts ISO, ASTM, DIN, EN, GB, BS, JIS, ANSI, UL, TAPPI, AATCC, IEC, VDE and other international testing standards.

5.Our country's power supply and plug are different, how do you solve it?
We can according to different countries and the power plug, equipped with transformer and plug that in accordance with your local requirement.

We can provide each product related video showing how to install and operate.If you have specific needs, we also can arrange engineer to the customer's company for equipment operation training.

About Shipping


1.Order processing?
Please allow a processing time of 12-24 hours for your order(s) to ship. Equipment orders will take up to 2 weeks before leaving our warehouse. (Order processing is done during normal weekdays only, no holidays or weekends.)


2. Shipping methods?
1 Shipping by express, by air, by sea according to customers' requirements to find the most suitable way.
2 Responsible for the damage during the shipping process, will change the damage part for you for free.


3.Order tracking?
Online order can be tracked by login to your account. Please allow 24 hours after order is shipped to see logging details.

If you need a tracking number for your order, please send an email to [email protected] along with your order/invoice number.


4. Import/export tax, duty, GSM, Customs Clearance, and etc?
All import/export related expenses are sole responsibility of the buyer; charges will vary from country to country. Please consult with your local import experts or transportation carrier for more details.


5.Lost or Stolen packages?
Please report all lost or stolen packages to us at the earliest possible time. An investigation will be open soon after reporting the incident to us, and a final ruling will be issued by the carrier for the claim after 10-15 business days. A replacement package will be sent as soon as the claim is accepted by the responsible carrier.
