Equipment function description:

1. The equipment is mainly used for battery charging and discharging and related battery characteristics test, and the test channel is completely independent. Through software programming control, the customer can charge and discharge the battery with current and voltage within any programming range;

2. For safety protection, the equipment has the functions of anti reverse connection of output, abnormal detection and protection of voltage sampling line and current testing line; When the voltage sampling line falls off or is disconnected, and the current line has poor contact, the equipment will detect the abnormality in time and suspend the test channel. With power off protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, over temperature protection, it can ensure the test safety;

3. The step process can be programmed with user-defined variables to achieve multiple combined test schemes and support multiple loop nesting;

4. Each channel of single point independence and free grouping has independent programmable constant current source and constant voltage source, which can be independently set for test step operation;

5. Interrupt the connection. In any case, such as when the channel stops due to sudden power failure, communication interruption or other abnormal reasons, the work step has the function of automatic connection and continuous operation after the next condition is restored;

6. Exception capture can accurately capture the details of voltage and current changes. For example, if the current and voltage changes beyond a certain range, the device can automatically generate an alarm and pause the test;

7. Log tracking, with log function, including records throughout the test process and exception records, can be used for tracing and exception query during the test process;

8. Curve analysis and processing, free selection of cycles to be displayed, free combination of multiple curves;

9. The current output of the equipment adopts the soft start mode to avoid the thermal shock to the battery and connector caused by the sudden output of large current;

10. CCCV charging. During the charging process, CCCV has no gap transition and no voltage and current impact, which can prevent the battery from protecting PCB due to peak current impact and other phenomena;

11. Soft start is adopted for charging and discharging step startup, and there is no current impact at the moment of startup, and the constant flow and constant voltage switching transition is smooth without spikes.

12. Exclusive charging overcharge protection. During the charging process of the battery pack, the instantaneous pulse voltage at the protection board end or the battery end will not exceed 10V due to the abnormality of the protection board or the disconnection of other protection boards.
