Special design

One end of the flange is for air intake and exhaust, and the other end is for exhaust. The exhaust flange is water-cooled.

Gas control

The air inlet can be set up 1 air intakes, each air inlet is provided with a ball valve, connected with a vacuum gauge. The air outlet is connected with ball valves and vacuum pump.
