1200oC Fast Heating Tube Furnace (7" Dia Tube) with Vacuum Flange and 30 Segments Temperature Controller


DSP-1200C-RTP is a CE certified compact and energy saving split tube furnace with a max. working temperature of 1200°C. Built-in precision temperature controller can provide up to 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1 °C accuracy. The furnace include a working tube vacuum flange and refractory ceramic blocks based on your application needs.

1.      One pair of SS 304 vacuum flange with double high-temperature silicone O-rings are Included

2.       One Vacuum pressure gauge is installed, one digital vacuum gauge is available upon request at extra cost

3.       The flange set has two 1/4'' Bard fittings, two needle valve, one set of KF25 quick clamp, one blank flange fitting, 1/4'' tube feedthrough port (for 1/4" O.D thermocouple insert) and a KF25 vacuum port.

4.       Vacuum level can reach 10^-2 torr by quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^-5 torr by molecular pump

Application Notes

1.      Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa.Vacuum pressure may only be safely used up to 1000°C. The flow rate for gasses should be limited to < 200 SCCM (or 200 ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube.

2.      Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on a gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
