A: Product Introduction
The glove box is specially designed for research in materials science, chemistry, semiconductor and related industries. It uses German BASF deoxygenating materials and American UOP highly efficient water-absorbing materials. The water and oxygen components inside the glove box can maintain the gas purity at 1 ppm or below for a long time. Product application
In chemical reactions and the handling of test samples, some substances are sensitive to oxygen and water and cannot be processed under normal natural conditions. Using a glove box enables these substances to react and be tested in an inert gas environment that is relatively oxygen-free and water-free. It is widely applied in: lithium-ion batteries and materials, semiconductors, thin film preparation, nanomaterials, catalysts, super capacitors, special lamps, laser welding, brazing, titanium alloy welding, etc.

Box body manual/auto gas replacement |
Before initial use, cabinet air shall be "replaced" with inert gas or nitrogen, which can be easily achieved by using auto gas replacement function of the cabinet provided by the system, gas replacement can also be achieved manually. |
Transition cabinet manual/auto replacement |
When material was placed in a box, the transition cabinet of the gas needs to be replaced. You may automatic gas exchange function provided by the airlock system; you may also achieve gas replacement manually. |
Gas purification control |
