Introduction to the Features of the Stirring and Defoaming Machine

Main shaft: Made of Swiss S136 mirror finish tool steel, after multiple heat treatments, the overall hardness reaches HRC 62 degrees. The shaft is fully ground, and the total runout is no more than 1 micrometer. The sealing surface is further mirror ground to achieve a surface roughness of 0.02 um mirror effect, with an extremely low friction coefficient, and the self-maintained wear resistance is very high, causing minimal wear to the sealing ring, achieving ultra-long life and high sealing performance. This is one of the reasons why many of our customers still maintain a negative pressure of -98 Kpa or above even after using our equipment for several years.


Sealing ring: Made of ultra-maintainable sealing rings from Bayer Company of Germany. The wear resistance can reach 40 M/S linear speed. The linear speed of our equipment is only 4 M/S at 2000 revolutions. The pressure can withstand 20 KG/c㎡. This is the second reason why many of our customers still maintain a negative pressure of -98 Kpa or above even after using our equipment for several years.
Vacuum Pump: This pump is a modified pump with international advanced technology, featuring forced oil circulation lubrication. It has excellent lubrication, low wear, and long lifespan. This is one of the reasons why many of our customers still maintain a negative pressure of over -98 Kpa even after using it for several years. This oil pump has obtained a national patent (Patent Number: ZL2012.2.0084434.0).


Gear: It adopts the structure of automotive spiral bevel gears, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and long lifespan.

 

Arm: It uses an integral arm, which is entirely manufactured from imported American aviation magnesium-aluminum 7075. This ensures the accuracy and long-term stability of the product, with a center error no greater than ±0.02. It has high interchangeability, and the arms of the same model can be interchanged arbitrarily, making maintenance convenient.
