5 Channel Pouch Cell Sorting Machine

Ⅰ、Introduction

The five channel pouch cell sorting machine is an automatic sorting device suitable for pouch battery cells. This device is compatible with multiple battery cell sorting. The device uses an internal resistance tester to test the internal pressure resistance of pouch cells. Based on the parameters set by the upper computer software, each cell's parameters are tested, and different grades of cells are moved to different channels according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting of cell products (the device has a scanning data storage function). The device consists of a feeding mechanism, a scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, automatic sorting, etc. The upper computer software is designed and developed according to user requirements to automatically sort and collect cells into their corresponding collectors based on group information. The operation is simple, the sorting is accurate, and the efficiency is high.

Ⅱ、Overview of work steps:

The sorting machine consists of a feeding mechanism, a scanning mechanism, a testing mechanism, a leveling and cutting mechanism, an automatic sorting mechanism, and a unloading mechanism. Firstly, the entire battery is manually placed on the feeding assembly line. The feeding assembly line sends the batteries one by one to the scanning area for scanning and binding. Then, they go to the testing area for data testing and bind the scanned data with the QR code. After the testing is completed, the sorting and handling mechanism puts the batteries of different voltages into the sorting assembly line and flows them into the corresponding gear bin. This cycle of work continues.
