I. Equipment Features

Application Scope

l This device is suitable for mixing and dispersing powders and liquid materials (including positive electrode active material powder, negative electrode material powder, binder solution, solvent, etc.) required for electrode slurry in the production process of various common batteries (such as lithium-ion batteries, nickel hydrogen batteries, etc.), ensuring that the materials are fully fused and ultimately obtaining battery slurry with uniform composition and stable texture. Especially when dealing with high viscosity systems (such as high solid content slurries, viscous slurries containing thickeners, etc.), it performs well and can effectively cope with the characteristics of poor flowability and difficult mixing of such materials, ensuring dispersion effect and mixing uniformity, and meeting the production needs of high viscosity process scenarios.
