This equipment is mainly used for the automatic conveying of materials in the die-cutting, stacking and assembly processes of square lithium-ion batteries. It adopts a multi-layer multi-speed chain conveying line to convey the die-cut cells through the cassette to the stacking process and the empty cells back to the die-cutting process, and to convey the stacked cells through the tray to the assembly process and the empty tray back to the stacking process.
