Product introduction

Hard alloy balls, commonly known as tungsten Carbide balls, refer to the ball bearings and roller bearings made of hard alloy. These balls have high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to bending. They are suitable for harsh environments and can replace steel ball products.

Product features

The main component is tungsten-cobalt alloy (WC-CO), which has high hardness and wear resistance. It has excellent shock absorption and vibration resistance properties, and is suitable for manufacturing components with strong shock and vibration. The punched alloy balls are also called extruded holes balls, extruded alloy balls, or hard alloy punched balls.

Product features

(1) High density, up to 15.1g/cm³, low porosity, with extremely strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the lifespan is tens of times longer than that of ordinary tungsten steel balls.

(2) High precision, with a tolerance of no more than 0.001MM, good surface finish, no burrs, and the surface has been strengthened (this process is not available from ordinary manufacturers).

(3) Small batch production is possible. The company has developed a production process that can produce at least 3 pieces, and ensures the production process of ellipticality.
