1. Equipment Description:

This equipment is applied in the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells and ranks among the key devices in battery manufacturing. Its process is as follows: The cathode sheets, anode sheets, and separator, which have been prepared by the slitting machine, undergo active unwinding. Then they go through tension control, dust removal, web guiding, iron removal, separator static elimination, and quality inspection. After that, they are fed into the winding section via guiding rollers and electrode feeding mechanisms. Once winding is finished, the cell is taken out by a robotic arm, subjected to short circuit detection, counted by a photoelectric counter, and conveyed to the collection platform via a conveyor. If defective cells are identified during the processing, they will be rejected and sent to the defect collection box.
