Feature

1)Dual unwind mechanism, one in use and one in reserve, enabling quick roll change.
2)Three sets of web guiding systems for unwind alignment, in-process alignment, and die alignment, ensuring precise forming of polar plates.
3)High-precision marble mold installation platform, tungsten steel blade coordinate grinding, and hexagonal guide pillars imported from Japan, effectively ensuring mold longevity.
4)Equipped with CCD inspection for polar plate appearance and dimensions, automatically rejecting defective polar plates and outputting qualified products.
5)Dual material box for material collection, allowing uninterrupted operation during material box replacement, and enabling seamless integration with logistics lines for automatic material box exchange.
6)Non-contact dust and iron removal system, eliminating dust on both sides of the polar plates.

7)FFU fans on the top of the equipment provide air supply, while an industrial dust removal system creates negative pressure suction at multiple stations
