Product Description

Horizontal single-chamber vacuum annealing furnace is mainly used for bright annealing of tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, ultra-high strength steel, magnetic materials, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials.

Technical Features

  • The furnace adopts horizontal, single-chamber and horizontal charging structure; the door opening mode can be customized according to user requirements.
  • The furnace chamber is designed with modular optimization, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity.
  • Full-metal thermal insulation shields adopt back insulation technology.
  • Vacuum atmospheres including Ar and H₂ are available for heating process.
