Features

Laboratory jaw crusher (referred to as jaw crusher) is mainly used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and bulk materials. It can crush materials with compressive strength not greater than 320Mpa. PE series jaw crusher has complete specifications, and its feeding particle size is 125mm~1200mm, which is the first choice for primary crushing.


Working principle

The main structure of the laboratory jaw crusher: frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley,flywheel, side guard, toggle plate, toggle plate back seat, clearance adjustment screw,return spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc. The toggle plate also playsan insurance role. The crushing method of this series of jaw crushers is curvedextrusion type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and moves the movable jaw upand down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle betweenthe toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the movablejaw to approach the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the material is squeezed,Crushing, grinding and other multiple crushing. When the movable jaw goes down,the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, the movablejaw leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring, and thecrushed materials are discharged from the lower opening of the crushing cavity. Withthe continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing jaw plate is periodically crushedand discharged to achieve mass production.
