Working principle of the product

This ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotary device, driven by outer edge gears, with two compartments and a grate type ball mill. The materials are evenly fed into the first chamber of the mill through the feeding device and the hollow shaft spiral. This chamber is equipped with step liners or corrugated liners and contains steel balls of different specifications. As the cylinder rotates, the centrifugal force lifts the steel balls to a certain height and then they fall, exerting impact and grinding effects on the materials. After the materials are roughly ground in the first bin, they pass through a single-layer partition plate into the second bin, which is lined with flat plates and contains steel balls to further grind the materials. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate, completing the grinding operation.

Product structure characteristics

This machine is mainly composed of the feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electrical control), etc. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, and the inner lining is detachable. The large rotating gear is processed by casting and gear hobbing. The cylinder is lined with wear-resistant plates, which have good wear resistance. This machine operates smoothly and reliably.
