The TMAX-06H Micron-Level Constant Temperature Dip Coater is a CE-certified product, designed specifically for dip-coating experiments in liquid-phase thin-film growth. It is a precision lifting device with micron-level accuracy, essential for scientific research institutions engaged in liquid-phase film deposition.This model adopts a PLC-programmed control system, utilizing a high-precision stepper motor to drive the lifting mechanism and lifting wires, ensuring smooth and precise vertical movement. By immersing and withdrawing samples vertically from the liquid-phase film material, a uniform film thickness is achieved on the sample surface. The system offers two operation modes: "Single Cycle" and "Full Cycle." Parameters such as lifting speed, immersion speed, dwell time in the liquid phase, drying time, and cycle count can be independently configured.
Equipped with a constant-temperature heating drying chamber, this programmable dip coater allows users to set the desired heating temperature based on process requirements. Compact, user-friendly, and portable, it is widely used in laboratories across universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises.
