Working Process Description

1. Molding

In the first process of cell shaping, the two ends of the cell are pre pressed out evenly according to the law by the pressing die.


2. One time pre shaping

The core is intermittently discharged from the feeding groove and rolled into the cell tray in turn. The manipulator holds the cell and moves it to the spinning station. The cell is reshaped for the first time through the mold to determine the reverse direction of the electrode piece

3. Twice pre shaping

The left and right shaping dies work at the same time, and the cylinder drives the indenter forward for the second pre setting, so that the electrode plates of the electric core fall down further regularly, and the left and right shaping heads return to the original position.


4. Final shaping

The manipulator holds the electric core from the pre shaping position to the final shaping station. The left and right parts of the shaping work at the same time. The cylinder drives the flat indenter forward to adjust the pressure. The left and right cylinders adopt the stroke adjustable type, and the stroke is precise and rigid, so as to ensure the shaping length. After shaping, the manipulator holds the electric core, and the left and right plastic heads return to their original position, and then the manipulator moves forward to send out the electric core, and then the robot moves forward to send out the electric core from the discharge trough Materials.

In the flat voltage at the same time for resistance test function, detect the product beyond the low resistance value or short circuit, alarm.
