I. Equipment Introduction

This equipment is mainly used for lithium-ion battery coating machine feeding special equipment, from the turnover bucket + iron removal filter 2 parts .

1.Swing barrel and lifting part

4. Mixing principle.

The combined frame stirring paddle does downward pressure type self rotation to ensure that the material is not deposited .

5. Vacuum guarantee system: 5 skeleton oil seals are installed together, and the vacuum source is provided by the user .

1) The vacuum degree reaches ≤ -0 .098Mpa, keep it not lower than -0 .08Mpa for 24 hours .

2) Sealing method : A, static seal using "O" seal ; B, skeleton oil seal .

6 、Distribution box: The mixing switch, spotlight switch, operation emergency stop   and other functional operations in the operation of the equipment are carried out on the distribution cabinet .

  3.Liquid level sensing system

Working principle: 

The liquid level sensor transmits the signal to the solenoid valve according to the change of material level position, and controls the feeding amount of pneumatic
