Product Introduction

The KT-CML300 vacuum drying instrument is a rapid vacuum-assisted coating equipment, also known as VCD or flash evaporation equipment.

Working principle: Under the condition of rapid vacuum pressure, the solvent volatilizes rapidly to assist the physical process of coating crystal formation. It is used for rapid vacuum drying of various substrate coating materials. Its advantages include excellent coating uniformity, rapid solvent volatilization, high stability, and it can be applied to the auxiliary coating process after the coating of thin film batteries such as perovskite solar cells.

Product Features:

Vacuum chamber: The chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, enhancing the safety and reliability of the chamber. A visible window is provided on the chamber cover, facilitating observation of the film formation process. The sealing ring is sealed with fluorocarbon, improving the sealing performance of the chamber. The chamber can be automatically opened and closed.

Vacuum system: The mechanical pump with high power can achieve a pumping rate of 180 m3/h and a maximum pressure of 5*10-1 Pa.

Equipment advantages: There is a manual/automatic mode switch. Nitrogen can be charged for pressure retention. The pressure retention value and time can be set. The pumping speed and pressure relief speed can be adjusted. The height of the sample platform can be adjusted, suitable for different-sized products.
