The J520BS-B electrode sheet machine is developed to meet the fast-growing demand in the power battery market. It is a new equipment for precise die cutting and forming of roll materials, which saves labor, boosts output, and cuts costs in production.

Its launch signifies a major advance in the processing and die cutting forming of battery electrode sheets.

The machine's overall design fully incorporates advanced domestic and international technologies and processes, featuring high manufacturing precision and notable technical advantages.

Applicable for: Forming of lithium-ion battery cathode and anode sheets.

1.5 Equipment Features:

1. Utilization of this equipment enables direct die cutting, shortening processes, lowering scrap, saving labor, materials and time, reducing material waste, and significantly enhancing production efficiency, electrode sheet quality and investment cost. 

2. Feeding mode: Manual loading. 

3. Adopts a photoelectric sensing automatic web guiding system to correct material deviation, addressing the issue of poor product quality due to material misalignment. 

4. Feeding mode: Pushed to the die cutting section by a servo motor with a precision ball screw; materials are automatically discharged after punching and forming. 

5. Operation part: Controlled via a touch screen with program control; appropriate data can be set according to the product, facilitating convenient and quick operation. 

6. Die cutting section: Synchronized with the servo feeding speed; both upper and lower templates are made of cast steel and undergo multiple stress relief and shaping processes to improve rigidity, parallelism, flatness and pressure stability precision. 

7. Transmission section: Driven by the crankshaft motion of the main motor; speed can be set according to different products, with stable pressure output to guarantee production efficiency. 

8. Lubrication mode: Equipped with an automatic oil supply control system to keep the equipment lubricated at all times and ensure stable die cutting pressure. 

9. Forming mode: Employs a laser knife die, capable of multi-sheet die cutting per stroke, featuring high production efficiency, low knife die cost, and quick and convenient changeover. 

10. Monitoring mode: Adopts an advanced fault monitoring and alarm system; in case of a fault, the exact fault location can be accurately displayed on the touch screen, making maintenance convenient. The touch screen allows man-machine dialogue for easy operation. 

11. Safety protection: Uses a sensitive light curtain sensor system to ensure operator safety, thus preventing accidents and avoiding unnecessary losses for the company.
