1. Equipment Description
This equipment is primarily for automatic top sealing (left and right), side heat sealing, edge trimming, flaring, and testing of pouch cell lithium-ion batteries, with compatibility for certain prismatic cells. It adopts a rotary dual-station operation design.
The workflow is as follows: loading → left top sealing → right top sealing → side sealing → edge trimming → testing → flaring → unloading.

6. Functional Description
- 6.1 Both top and bottom sealing adopt the soft sealing process.
- 6.2 The cell fixture is equipped with locating holes, which are aligned with the positioning pins on the rotary table to guarantee sealing precision.
- 6.3 The sealing time for top, bottom, and side sealing can be set through the touchscreen.
- 6.4 All sealing operations utilize pneumatic cylinders; the sealing pressure is adjusted by means of pressure regulating valves on the control panel.
- 6.5 Temperature is controlled by temperature control modules or controllers.
- 6.6 The positioning fixture features a one-out-one design — one cell is placed per cycle.
- 6.7 The edge trimming station employs SKD11 cutting blades, with a single sharpening life of over 300,000 cycles and over 10 resharpening times possible.
- 6.8 The testing station uses pneumatic cylinders with probes for inspection.
- 6.9 The flaring station utilizes a vacuum suction cup in conjunction with flaring tools.
