The KT-DW100 low-temperature vacuum flash evaporation instrument is a small, desktop-type device. Its working principle is: under a vacuum environment below normal temperature and with pressure increase, the solvent volatilizes rapidly, assisting the physical process of film formation and crystallization. It can quickly dry various substrate coating materials under vacuum conditions. The advantages are excellent film formation uniformity at low temperatures, rapid solvent volatilization, high stability, and it can be applied to the auxiliary film formation process after coating of thin-film batteries such as perovskite batteries.

Product features
Vacuum chamber: Made of 304 stainless steel in one piece, with excellent sealing performance, enhancing the safety and reliability of the chamber. The chamber cover has a visible window, allowing for easy observation of the film formation process. The sealing ring is sealed with fluorocarbon rubber, improving the sealing performance of the chamber.
Vacuum system: The mechanical pump has a pumping rate of 40 m3/h and the ultimate pressure can reach 5*10-1 Pa.
Equipment size: The equipment has a small footprint and can be placed on a desktop or glove box, suitable for laboratory use and easy to operate.
Equipment features: Low-temperature environment, capable of maintaining pressure, with the option to switch between automatic and manual modes, can be filled with nitrogen for pressure maintenance and release, and can set the pressure maintenance time. In the automatic mode, it can be operated with a single button.
