Benchtop Mini Vacuum Flash Evaporator for 100x100mm Substrates


The KT-CM100 Mini Vacuum Flash Evaporation Instrument is a compact device that can directly pass through the glovebox transition chamber. Its working principle is to accelerate the evaporation of solvents under rapid vacuum and pressure, assisting the physical process of film formation and crystallization. It is used for rapid vacuum drying of various substrate coating materials. Its advantages include excellent film uniformity, rapid solvent evaporation, high stability, and it can be applied to the auxiliary film formation process after coating of thin film batteries such as perovskite batteries.

Product Features

Vacuum Chamber: The vacuum chamber is made of 304 stainless steel and is formed as a single piece, ensuring high sealing performance, enhancing the safety and reliability of the chamber. A viewing window is provided on the chamber cover, allowing for easy observation of the film formation process. The sealing ring is sealed with fluorocarbon adhesive to improve the sealing performance of the chamber.

Vacuum System: The mechanical pump has a pumping rate of 30 m³/h and the ultimate pressure can reach 5*10⁻¹ Pa.

Device features: The device is small in size and can directly pass through the glove box transfer chamber. It can also be placed on the desktop for use. It is suitable for laboratory use and can switch between automatic and manual modes. The operation is convenient. The pressure retention and release can be adjusted. It can retain pressure for 5 to 50 seconds. It can be pressurized with nitrogen for pressure retention and release. The retention time can be set. In the automatic mode, it can be operated with one click.
