Product Introduction
The KT-KW temperature-controlled vacuum flash evaporation instrument is a small, tabletop device that can be used in a glove box. Working principle: Under the set temperature conditions, it rapidly evacuates the air at a low pressure to accelerate the evaporation of the solvent, assisting the physical process of film formation and crystallization. It can quickly dry various substrate coating materials under vacuum conditions. Advantages include the ability to explore film formation processes under different temperature conditions, avoiding the influence of external environmental temperature changes, rapid solvent evaporation, high stability, and application in the auxiliary film formation process after coating of thin-film batteries such as perovskite batteries.

Product features
Vacuum chamber: The chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, enhancing the safety and reliability of the chamber. A visible window is provided on the chamber cover, allowing for easy observation of the film formation process. The sealing ring is sealed with fluorocarbon rubber, improving the sealing performance of the chamber.Vacuum system: The mechanical pump with high power can achieve a pumping rate of 40 to 90 m3/h and a maximum pressure of 5*10-1 Pa.
Equipment size: The equipment has a small footprint and can be placed on a desktop or glove box, suitable for laboratory use, and easy to operate.
Equipment features: Low-temperature environment, capable of segmental pressure retention, with the option to switch between automatic and manual modes, can be pressurized and depressurized with nitrogen, and can set the pressure retention time. In the automatic mode, it can be operated with one click.
