The 10-inch color human-machine interface display makes operation more intuitive and easy.   Workflow 1. Start up the machine, return the system to zero, and move the worktable to the clamping position. 2. At the clamping position of the equipment, the operator places the cylinder head cover part on the positioning fixture and quickly clamps the workpiece manually. 3. Start the equipment, and it will automatically feed the positioning fixture and workpiece to the first riveting position and lock them (achieved by motor phase locking). 4. The riveting head descends for riveting (the descent distance can be set); 5. Single-point riveting is completed when the riveting head descends to the set riveting position. 6. Control the action of the riveting cylinder and retract (the retract distance can be set); 7. Move the workpiece and fixture longitudinally and laterally to the next riveting point. 8. Repeat steps 4 to 7. After riveting is completed, the equipment automatically moves the positioning fixture and the workpiece to the manual operation position. 10. Complete one riveting operation
