1. Equipment Introduction:

Mainly used for differential-pressure electrolyte filling of lithium-ion cylindrical cells; realizes manual loading/unloading of cylindrical cells, automatic in-cell vacuuming, electrolyte filling, cyclic vacuum pressurization degassing, and automatic cleaning of the filling cups, etc.

5. Brief Introduction of Each Mechanism of the Equipment:

5.1 The equipment is used inside a dry room.

5.2 The production materials are taken out of the oven in advance, cooled, and then placed at the equipment loading end.

5.3 The operator manually takes the cell from the loading end and places it into the magazine (clip) for positioning; after pressing the start button, the cell is first vacuumed and then filled.

(1) Realize the method of vacuuming first, then filling for the cell.

(2) Remove the mechanical motion of sealing the filling needle orifice.

5.4 Filling and pressurization degassing functions (Note: the number of fillings and pressurizations can be freely set according to the production process; pressurization degassing time directly affects the equipment production efficiency.)
