B. Product overview: This product is a high-efficiency device that integrates vacuum ball milling, mixing, and dispersion. It is suitable for the mixing process of positive and negative electrode slurry in battery experiments, as well as the mixing of powdered materials and various ceramics. Since the mixing is performed under vacuum conditions, it completely eliminates bubbles, thereby improving the material's fillability and the density of the model.

C. Key features:

a. Vacuum environment effectively eliminates bubbles generated during ball milling; the machine is equipped with its own vacuum system;  

b. The equipment allows for flexible selection of ball milling tanks and stirring rods of different sizes. The stirring rods and tanks can be disassembled simultaneously, enabling better adjustment of the gap between the rod and tank to achieve optimal ball milling results, ensuring rapid and uniform mixing of the slurry.

c. Designed with forward and reverse stirring functions, enabling high-speed ball milling of high-viscosity slurries with excellent stirring uniformity. The stirring motor uses a stepper motor with PLC frequency speed control, allowing selection of different speeds and torques based on different processes and viscosities. Multi-speed operation is supported, with the ability to set the stirring speed and time for each segment;
