Four Station Turntable Top&Side Heat Sealing Machine for Pouch Cell

It is suitable for the heating sealing on both sides of the top and side of the pouch cell.

Operation process: four clamps are arranged symmetrically on the turntable, and the batteries are manually loaded into the clamps at the loading position, which will be transmitted intermittently with the turntable. Stay in the loading position - top sealing position - side sealing position - blanking position in turn, complete the top side sealing and side side sealing at the corresponding position, take them out manually at the blanking position, and complete the top sealing and side sealing processes.

Machine structure

Rotary table feeding mechanism: with 4-position rotary table (aluminum), brake motor drive, 4-equal cam divider;

Top sealing structure: 1 set of upper and lower pre sealing device, air cylinder. Guide post, copper heating pipe, head, independent temperature control;

Side seal structure: 1 set of upper and lower pre sealing device, air cylinder. Guide post, copper heating pipe, head, independent temperature control; 

Upper head base plate structure: chrome plated steel plate platform;
