Product Introduction
The heavy-duty vibrating mill is a new type of highly efficient powder-making equipment. It has three structural types: single cylinder, double cylinder and triple cylinder. Among them, the double-cylinder vibrating mill is the most widely used. The vibrating mill utilizes the high-frequency vibration of the cylinder, and the steel balls or steel rods in the cylinder impact the materials by relying on the inertial force. The acceleration during the impact of the medium on the materials can reach 10g - 15g. Therefore, it has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, low energy consumption, high output, concentrated powder size, simplified process, simple operation, easy maintenance, and easy replacement of the liner and medium. It can be widely used in the industries of metallurgy, building materials, mining, refractory, chemical industry, glass, ceramics, graphite, etc. for powder production.
Structural Principle
The heavy-duty vibrating ball mill is driven by an electric motor through a flexible coupling and a universal coupling to rotate the shaft of the exciter. The shaft of the exciter is equipped with an eccentric block. Due to the rotation of the shaft with the eccentric block, the double cylinders perform approximately circular vibrations. The cylinder is filled with grinding media (steel balls or steel rods) and the material to be ground. The material can enter from the feed port of the upper cylinder, the material ground in the upper cylinder flows into the lower cylinder for further grinding, and then is discharged from the discharge port of the lower cylinder, that is, single feed and single discharge; the material can also enter both the upper and lower cylinders simultaneously for grinding, and then be discharged simultaneously, that is, double feed and double discharge or double feed and four discharge. When the cylinder performs circular vibrations, the media and materials inside the cylinder rotate within the cylinder and collide with each other. This regular rotation, impact, and self-rotation of the media cause the materials to be crushed in a short time and achieve the desired grinding effect.
Product Features
1. The filling volume of the medium in the grinding cylinder is higher than that of the ball mill of the same capacity, reaching 80%. Therefore, the processing capacity is large.
2. The structure is simple. By adjusting the amplitude, frequency, medium and ratio, different particle sizes of products can be produced.
3. The vibrating mill with a jacketed grinding cylinder can regulate the grinding temperature.
4. The vibrating mill with a screen and collection device can carry out continuous production.
5. The operation is simple and convenient, the working reliability is high, it is easy to clean, and it has strong adaptability to working conditions.
6. It can be used for dry and wet ball milling.
7. Special customization can be carried out according to requirements.
