1. Application Scope

▷ Applied for nickel tab cutting of 1860 and other cylindrical battery packs.

 

Details:

l Incoming Material: Regularly arranged cylindrical battery packs

l Welding Material: Nickel or nickel-plated steel (≤ 0.15 mm)

l Cutting Method: Module motion cutting

 Note: If the nickel strip thickness exceeds 0.15 mm, the battery pack needs to pass through the machine twice until the nickel strip can be peeled off.
