1）Trimming mechanism

This mechanism consists of a self-made leveling wheel, a cutting knife, and a single-phase motor.

 2）Folding mechanism

The folding mechanism consists of TMAX's specially designed one fold folding wheel, transition wheel, and two fold folding wheel.

3）Edge ironing mechanism

This mechanism is composed of VE cylinder and H62 brass 300 ℃ quenching and tempering treatment hot grinding left and right hot heads.

Ⅴ、Basic Functions of the Device:

This device is suitable for double-sided synchronous trimming, folding, ironing, and shaping of flexible pouch cell after sealing; The folding adopts a roller type according to a specially designed roller type suitable for the geometric curve groove of the folding, achieving a perfect effect after folding.

Equipment operation process: Manually place the cell into the fixture and start the device with both hands. The cylinder automatically depressurizes and tightens the cell. The fixture automatically passes through edge sealing and flattening shaping wheels, circular rolling cutters, primary roller folding, secondary roller folding, third roller folding, heating and edge ironing zone automatic edge ironing (time adjustable), and then the compressed battery cell cylinder automatically rises, The mechanical arm of the suction cell moves to the position of the fixture cell. After the suction cell rises, it is transported to the conveyor belt and automatically returns. After the cell is removed, the fixture automatically returns to the original point and starts the next work again.
