3. Welding principle

Ultrasonic metal welding machine is used in the battery industry with 20-4khz. Its principle is to use the energy generated by ultrasonic high-frequency mechanical vibration to weld the same or different kinds of non-ferrous metal materials. In the welding process, it neither transfers current to the work nor inputs high-temperature energy to the work. It only vibrates on the surface of the workpiece with 20-40khz high frequency, and applies heat to the workpiece Add the corresponding pressure to form a solid bonding in the workshop, so as to achieve the effect of welding. 4. Machine structure

4.1 overall structure description

a. 20khz ultrasonic spot welding machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer system, upper and lower ultrasonic poles, pneumatic parts, etc;
