Semi-Automatic Battery Electrode Winding Machine
1. Equipment Description:
This equipment is used for the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells and is one of the key devices in battery manufacturing. The process is as follows: The cathode and anode sheets and separator—prepared by the slitting machine—are actively unwound, pass through tension control, dust removal, web guiding, de-ironing, separator static elimination, quality inspection, and are fed via guiding rollers and electrode feeding mechanisms into the winding section. After winding is completed, the cell is removed by a robotic arm, undergoes short circuit detection, is counted by a photoelectric counter, and transported via a conveyor to the collection platform. If defective cells are detected during processing, they are rejected and sent to the defect collection box.
