A: Product introduction
The sample preparation machine is mainly used for grinding raw materials into powder for laboratory testing. It is specifically used for crushing and grinding non-metallic minerals with certain hardness and is widely applied in the laboratory testing of industries such as coal, coking, non-ferrous metal smelting, and mining. Such as: coal, coke, gangue, various ores, etc. The main components of crushing and grinding, such as the material bowl, include common alloy steel type, high manganese steel type, wear-resistant alloy type, chromium steel type, tungsten carbide type, etc. The hardness of the ore materials that can be crushed varies depending on the type of steel material used in the mortar.
B: Operating principle
The working mode of the sample preparation machine is vibration grinding type. The material is loaded in a material bowl, which contains a crushing ring and a crushing hammer. The motor drives the eccentric hammer to rotate at high speed. During the high-speed rotation, the material bowl generates vibration and grinding functions, creating vibration impact force and friction to rapidly turn the material into a micro-powder sample of 80-200 mesh (0.175-0.075mm) within 2-6 minutes, which is directly used for laboratory testing.
