Product introduction
Zirconia material has advantages of high hardness, high strength, high tenacity, high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance which is widely applied in fields of ceramics, fire proofing material, machinery, electronic, photics, Aeronautics and astronautics, biology and chemicals and etc. Zirconia mill jar is particularly suitable for vertical stirring mill, horizontal rolling mill, vibration mill, and various high-wire-speed sanding stick pins, etc.
Pure zirconia is a high-grade refractory material with a melting point of 2715℃. It can enhance the high-temperature viscosity of the glaze and expand the temperature range of viscosity changes. It has good thermal stability. When its content is 2%-3%, it can improve the crack resistance of the glaze. Due to its high chemical inertness, it can enhance the chemical stability and acid-base resistance of the glaze, and also play the role of a opacifier. The molecular weight of pure zirconia is 123.22, and the theoretical density is 5.89g/cm³.
