Introduction
The fiber vacuum hot press, also known as the fiber vacuum hot press forming machine, adopts a servo oil circuit system, which is low-noise, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The unique heating system device can control temperature and pressure in sections and zones. The overall temperature difference can be controlled within ±3 degrees, ensuring the stability of the hot pressing temperature and significantly improving the product yield. It can be equipped with a mold temperature control machine function.
Applicable materials
1. Fiber materials: Forming of decorative parts such as carbon fiber and glass fiber.
2. Composite materials: PC/PMMA/ABS and other composite board film sheet forming.
3. Insulation materials: Molding of insulating and heat-insulating materials such as aerogel, cold gel, silicone, PET, and filter elements.

Features
1. It adopts a servo system, which is low-noise, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It can reduce electricity consumption by up to 46%, generate less heat and operate at a low oil temperature (within 50 degrees), which can extend the service life of the hydraulic press and reduce production costs.
2. The unique heating system device can control temperature and pressure in sections and zones. The overall temperature difference can be controlled within ±3°C, ensuring the stability of the hot pressing temperature and significantly improving the product yield.
3. The equipment structure features a four-column and three-plate structure, without oil-free bushings for guidance, to achieve a parallelism of ±0.03mm between the upper and lower heating plates. .
4. The vacuum hood is used for vacuuming, with a vacuum negative pressure value of 0.1kpa. It features automatic vacuuming, automatic pressure holding, automatic pressure replenishment, and automatic vacuum breaking functions.
5. The heating plate is made of high-quality die steel for heat treatment and ground to achieve a flatness of 0.05mm.
6. The oil pump is driven by a servo motor, controlled by PLC, and combined with pressure sensors and displacement sensors for closed-loop control. It can be made into segmented pressure, time and stroke control, and can be divided into three or more segments.
