150T Automatic Vacuum Hot Press For Aerogel Insulation Pad Laminating

 Introduction

The vacuum hot press for aerogel insulation pads is driven by a precision servo motor and equipped with a PLC microcomputer touch control operating system. It performs vacuum hot pressing on the insulation pads and cools and maintains pressure at the cold pressing station to form them, ensuring comprehensive bonding of the insulation sheets without bubbles or wrinkles. An additional fully automatic heat insulation pad production line is available for selection, integrating functions such as trimming, vulcanization, edge trimming, double-sided gluing, drying, cotton loading, fine cutting, and packaging. The daily production capacity of the production line can reach up to 20,000 pieces.

Applicable materials
Thermal insulation materials: The pressing molding process of materials such as aerogel, cold gel, silicone, PET, CCS, and filter elements, mainly used for the hot pressing molding of thermal insulation pads for new energy vehicles and power battery cells.

Features
1. It adopts a servo oil circuit system with three piston cylinders, featuring low noise, high efficiency and energy saving, and a high yield rate.
2. Electric heating is adopted, ensuring uniform and stable temperature with an error within ±5 degrees, which significantly enhances the yield of the products.
3. The vacuum adopts an oil vacuum pump, which features fast pumping speed and long service life. Vacuum pump 0.75Kw.
4. The heating plate is made of manganese steel, heat-treated and chrome-plated, which is durable and will not deform.
5. PLC microcomputer touch screen control, digital pressure control, adjustable and controllable temperature and speed, independent control of heating up and down.
6. The quality is easy to control, stable, with little product deformation and less glue overflow.
7. Simple operation and practical. Low cost, low energy consumption, space-saving and easy to maintain.
8. Heating method and temperature difference of the working surface of the hot plate (temperature sensing line) : Electric heating tube heating (±5ºC).
9. Parallelism of adjacent hot plates after pressurization (pressure-sensitive paper) : The colored area of the pressure-sensitive paper ≥80%.
