I. Function Overview
The separator is actively unwound, fed into the stacking platform via a tension mechanism, and moved back and forth by the platform to position the electrode sheets. Two robotic arms with suction cups retrieve positive and negative electrodes from two left-side hoppers, then use CCD visual positioning to accurately stack them onto the platform. Post-stacking, the machine automatically wraps the tail (with a switchable tail-free mode), cuts the separator, transfers the cell to the taping station for automatic adhesive tape application, and then initiates the next cell stacking process.
