Product Details

5V 2A 64 Channel Hot Press Formation Machine for Pouch Cell Production

I. Equipment Overview

1. Function (Principle) Introduction

This equipment is primarily designed for the formation of pouch cells under high-temperature and pressure conditions, integrating heating and temperature control, pressure regulation, charge/discharge capabilities, and data communication functions.

The complete unit comprises a 64-channel formation cabinet and a fixture. The fixture features 9 layers of heated, pressurized plates, connected to 64 5V2A constant current source channels—with each heating plate layer accommodating 8 cells. The fixture, constant current source, and cabinet are integrated into a single complete system.

2. Equipment Functions

The equipment comprises six core systems: temperature control, over/under-temperature alarm, over/under-voltage alarm, pressure control, formation cabinet system, and fixture mechanism.

Its key features include: independent temperature control for each plate layer, pressure regulation capabilities, charge/discharge functions, overcharge/over-discharge protection, secure contact between battery tabs and connection points, data connectivity, automatic data storage upon process completion, voltage grading post-charging, capacity grading post-discharging, and an integrated smoke alarm system.
