The TMAX-KJ01A Dip Coater is a millimeter-level precision lifting device designed for liquid-phase thin-film deposition research on substrates. This CE-certified equipment is essential for laboratories and research institutions specializing in liquid-phase film growth.
The system features a proprietary high-precision microcontroller for actuator control, allowing:
· Manual adjustment of lifting direction
· Programmable lifting speed (1–200 mm/min) and stroke
· Smooth and precise vertical motion
The TMAX-KJ01A employs wire-guided lifting to immerse samples in liquid-phase coating materials for controlled durations, enabling uniform film deposition. Operation modes include:
· Manual immersion + automatic withdrawal
· Automatic immersion + manual withdrawal
Note:
· Standard operation at room temperature (ambient conditions).
· For heated/thermostatic applications, the TMAX-KJ01B model (with integrated drying chamber) is available to maintain stable process temperatures.
