Product Introduction
The TMAX-KJ8 Vacuum Spin Coater features simple operation, easy cleaning, and a compact design. It is primarily used in laboratories of universities and research institutes for thin-film deposition. The TMAX-KJ8 secures samples on the chuck using vacuum adsorption and employs a two-stage speed control program. First, the coater operates within a specified speed range while dispensing the coating material for a set duration. After dispensing, the coater accelerates to the second-stage maximum speed for spin coating, with a predefined coating time. The machine stops automatically once the process is complete. The Lith-KJ8 ensures uniform coating of high-viscosity colloids and solutions on sample surfaces through high-speed rotation.
