Product Overview

The TMAX-KJ3 is a bench-top spin coater featuring a touchscreen interface, designed for small substrates (Ø30–70 mm). Equipped with a 365 nm UV LED curing cover, it ensures precise photopolymerization. The system incorporates vacuum chucks powered by an oil-free vacuum pump, providing stable mounting for substrates of varying sizes/shapes. An adjustable/rotatable syringe holder enables flexible dispensing, while built-in safety measures (e.g., drainage, spill containment) ensure secure high-speed operation.
