Introduction

The TMAX-KJL2 is a millimeter-level precision lifting device designed by LITH for scientific research institutions to perform liquid-phase thin film growth under ambient temperature conditions. It is widely used in the field of thin-film material preparation.

This model adopts a PLC program control system, driven by a high-precision stepper motor through a screw transmission mechanism to achieve smooth and precise lifting motion. Using the vertical dip-coating method, the sample is immersed in the liquid-phase thin-film material for a specified duration before being lifted at a constant speed. After natural drying at room temperature, a uniform-thickness film forms on the sample surface.

This equipment features a compact size, user-friendly operation, and easy mobility, making it widely applicable in universities, research institutes, and corporate laboratories.
