I. Equipment Function Description
This machine is mainly used for precision winding of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells.
Process: The operator manually feeds the positive and negative electrode sheets into the winding section. The sheets are interleaved with the separator and wound according to process requirements. The machine then automatically applies termination tape and automatically discharges the wound cell.

II. Equipment Functions & Features
1. Single-needle through-shaft winding structure.
2. Manual electrode loading → automatic winding → automatic needle change → automatic termination-tape application → automatic discharge.
3. Termination tape applied horizontally (perpendicular to electrode tabs); flat, accurately positioned, does not tension the cell; stable and reliable.
4. Winding-needle speed adjustable.
5. Dual separator rolls with active unwinding; proximity-switch tension control enables smooth automatic adjustment; upper & lower tension adjustable.
6. Separator wrap-out finish.
7. Finished cells are free of damage, core-pulling, or electrode misalignment.
8. Easy operation; quick specification changeover.
