    Bottom Heated Air Suction Vertical Coater for High Precision Coating Applications Product Introduction The KT-Z150F automatic coating machine is a high-precision vertical coating device specially developed for laboratories. It features fast preparation speed, excellent film formation and uniformity. It is particularly suitable for preparing 5-15cm perovskite battery modules in laboratories, as well as for the preparation of fuel cells, OLED and other devices. It is easy to clean, saves solution volume, has simple operation and good film formation performance. The bottom heating band is vacuum adsorbed, and is combined with a wind knife to assist in in-situ film formation. It is equipped with a high-precision imported coating head. Equipment pictures (refer to the actual items)   Product features 1) Coating platform: Utilizes a high-level vacuum-adsorbing and heating coating platform to ensure the fixation of rigid substrates and the even spreading and adhesion of flexible substrates, thereby enhancing the uniformity of the film. 2) Coater: A variable wet film coater made of anodized aluminum alloy, non-decolorizing, resistant to acids and alkalis, and corrosion-resistant. It can precisely set a thickness ranging from 0 to 3000 μm, and can be completely disassembled for solvent cleaning. Essential for the paint and coating industry, also suitable for various experiments. 3) Coating speed: Can be adjusted continuously within the range of 0-100 mm/s. The coating length (starting point/ending point) and moving speed can be adjusted arbitrarily. 4) Air knife: Effective outlet diameter is 150 mm, with air intake from three sides. The height, distance, and angle of the air knife from the film can be adjusted. 5) Good solution applicability: The viscosity range of the coating solution is 0.8 - 10000 CPS. 6) Wide application range: Suitable for perovskite cells, lithium-ion batteries, and OLED applications, also suitable for quality control analysis, paints, coatings, inks, varnishes, and adhesives for their distribution characteristics.
