    Continuous Vacuum Flash Evaporator for 500x500mm Sample Sizes  Equipment Usage: The vacuum flash evaporation instrument is a product developed by our company that enables rapid vacuum-assisted film formation. Working principle: Under the condition of rapid vacuum and pressure, the solvent volatilizes rapidly to assist the physical process of film formation crystallization. It is used for rapid vacuum drying and solvent evaporation of various substrate coating materials. The advantages are excellent film formation uniformity, fast solvent evaporation, and simple operation. Vacuum chamber: A square cavity composed of two parts, the upper and lower sections. The upper cavity is fixed and equipped with a suction port. The lower cavity is equipped with a guiding mechanism and an electric lifting control system. The moving mechanism: The conveying component is composed of a stepping motor, magnetic fluid, and chain and sprocket mechanism. An external sample guiding platform is provided. Electrical system: The electrical system consists of parts such as vacuum unit control, motion control, and vacuum measurement control.     304SS Chamber VCD Flash Evaporator Featuring Selectable Manual or Automatic Operation Product Introduction The KT-CML300 vacuum drying instrument is a rapid vacuum-assisted coating equipment, also known as VCD or flash evaporation equipment. Working principle: Under the condition of rapid vacuum pressure, the solvent volatilizes rapidly to assist the physical process of coating crystal formation. It is used for rapid vacuum drying of various substrate coating materials. Its advantages include excellent coating uniformity, rapid solvent volatilization, high stability, and it can be applied to the auxiliary coating process after the coating of thin film batteries such as perovskite solar cells.
